Or, if you hear of someone who MUST sell their property for any reason, direct them to our website. It’s that easy!

How Do I Get Started?

To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:

Register With Georgia Home Buyer

Complete our simple CASH REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and submit it to us by fax or mail. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.

Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area, condition or price range. Ugly, run-down houses don’t bother us.

All you have to do is find MOTIVATED sellers, (FSBO's only) who MUST sell their property & refer them to our website. Tell the OWNER to complete & submit the Sell Your House form on the website. Tell the owner to put your name in the “How did you hear about us?” line (3rd step of the 3 step form) & you send a separate email stating you referred "John Smith".

Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
